The “Breathe, baby” project has many aspects in equipping of children's resuscitation departments of maternity hospitals and perinatal centers. Modern medical devices that we pass to health care workers should get to knowledgeable and skilled hands. The “AYALA” foundation, in which people with higher medical education are working, is very sensitive about the issue of the training of doctors and nurses. Following this concept, we have organized and conducted a master class in Akmola Regional Children's Hospital of Kokshetau city.

To share experience with Kazakhstan colleagues a PhD, anesthetist doctor of regional clinical hospital "Maternity Hospital ? 1" from the Omsk city, S.A. Golavsky came. There were given lectures on the topics of nursing and respiratory support of newborns, as well as a master class "Care of newborns with the use of CPAP therapy and high-frequency ventilation". In addition, the training video on CPAP therapy was shown.

Such events are very useful for our doctors and the administration of Akmola Regional Hospital have expressed their gratitude for the organization of the seminar for the improvement of professional skills. Experience exchanging with the colleagues from other countries is very useful for health workers of all levels, because new knowledge impact on level of medical care. This is particularly important in specialized medical institutions, to which relate the regional perinatal centers.

Currently our foundation continues to raise funds for the next stage of the "Breathe, baby" project for the Kokshetau RPC. By the experience of other medical institutions, the "Breathe, baby" project significantly increase the survival of infants, what lead to a reduction in child mortality. And this index, along with the maternal mortality is one of the leading token of the development level of the country.
