During university years Ainura took dancing lessons together with the pupils of orphanage #1 in Almaty.
Minuar Aidarova
Graduated from Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov.
During university years Minuar got all pupils of orphanage №1 familiar with the interesting films, told about their history of creation, film directors and actors who played main part in these films. After watching the film there was a discussion where every person could share with his/her impression.
Nurzhaina Zhumadillayeva
Graduated from Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov.
During university years Nurzhaina gave folk vocal lessons to children and taught them how to play the dombra. On Saturday evenings they studied Arts of declamation.
Gaukhar Aspandiyarkyzy

Ertas Zhakypbai
Graduated from Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov.
During university years every Sunday Ertas studied the actor’s art together with the pupils of orphanage #1.
Amina Davlidova
Graduated from KIMEP. During university years she helped “AYALA” foundation with the organization and implementation of projects. She also participated in volunteer projects together with the scholars’ club of Erzhan Tatishev’s foundation.
Ayim Ali
Graduated from KazNU named after Al-Farabi. During university years she participated in various charity fairs, campaigns of our foundation, conducted social polls.
Olga Podberezkina
A Kazakhstan champion on table tennis dreams of growing up World champions from her pupils – children from regional orphanage #1. Our foundation will do everything to help Olga to make her dream come true.
Inkarim Beg-Ali
A volunteer and scholar of Dekeyser&Friends foundation, Cebu, Philippines. At present moment he is engaged in the social project on the island Cebu. The project is aimed at providing homeless families with home and teaching the breadwinning skills including creation of accessories, cultivation of fruits and raising of small home animals.
Malika Murzagaliyeva
Graduated from KazUIR&WL named after Ablai Khan.
She studied European languages. She has been a volunteer since March, 2010, and she always participates in charity campaigns of “AYALA” foundation.
Saule Mukhamedzhanova
Bachelor of Financial management, KazEU named after T. Ryskulov.
She helped with the organization of fair where the works of children from orphanages and children with intellectual development disorders from the boarding school#7 were presented.

She participated in the organization of the fest «Day of smile», international conference «Charity in Kazakhstan», fair devoted to Nauryz.

Anna Chigrinets
Graduated from KazUIR&WL named after Ablai Khan. Studied English and French languages.
She participates in the projects of our foundation, teaches English to children, among who the smallest is 3 years.
Daniyar Beksultan
Graduated from KazNU named after Al-Farabi. All new, unknown, necessary and important things are interesting for him. He cannot imagine himself without useful social work. Politics and journalism are his life. He thinks that volunteer work is very important and responsible. He wants to be useful to society, city and country.
Satpayeva Aizhan
Graduated from KazAL&SR. She always tries to help those who need it. She is never against being a pillar of support to people, foundations, acting as a volunteer and kind person whose help in the interests of these people and herself.
Gulbarshin Uspanova
Gulbarshinlives in Aksai city. She works as a specialist on contracts in the company «Karachaganak Petroleum Operating BV». She brings up a daughter who is a student of engineer-technological college in Uralsk city. She translated the website of our foundation into English.
Alyona Turkina
Graduated from KazAL&SR. Volunteer movement allows Alyona to feel her usefulness, i.e. confirmation of her self-independence and maturity as volunteers face serious problems. Alyona is an active person and she is very glad to direct her energy into the right way. Thus, it is not a big benefit only for her but for the society, too, because she is able to make even a small useful contribution.
Dmitriy Shubin
Graduated from KazAL&SR. He is fond of different kinds of sports. He cooperates and helps the charity foundation “AYALA” on the long-term basis. He thinks that the volunteer is the sincerest person who is always active and discontent, who makes children smile and feel happy without asking anything in return.
Gleb Ponomarev
An animated cartoon artist. Creates social cartoons on different topics. He actively cooperates with our foundation, his works can always be seen on the main page of our website.
Aleksei Shuvakov
Graduated from KazAL&SR. Doing volunteer work he feels himself a part of enormous mechanism aimed at achieving honorable goals. Lesha is a part of the team who tries to help people and he likes it very much.
Anargul Idrisova
Graduated from Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov.
She loves working with children. Perhaps, that is the reason why, she, firstly, chose pedagogics – her first specialty is English teacher. Anargul is interested in the work where she can be useful to the society. For this very reason she shoots, primarily, social videos.
Evgeniya Kolosova
Graduated from Kazakh-German University. She deals with the volunteer work because she wants to make the world a little better and to make someone’s dearest wishes come true!
