The project “Breathe life” is oriented towards providing help to the intensive care units of children hospitals in Kazakhstan.
The national scientific center of surgery (NSCS) named after A.N. Syzganov in Almaty city within the frameworks of advancing the provision of surgery help to children is constantly introducing innovative technologies. At present time the transplantation of liver and kidneys in adults can be executed in this center.
Some rooms of medical institutions require high demands to air cleanliness. It concerns microbial infections, presence of harmful agents, bad smell, etc. Surgeries, first-aid rooms, intensive care units relate to the category of such rooms. Our foundation has already implemented the project “Clean air to hospital” in the Republican children’s hospital “Aksai” and it proved its high efficiency.
The Republican children’s clinical sanatorium “Alatau” is a multifaceted somatic sanatorium. Its main field of concern is oriented towards provision of recreational and recoveries help to children. The organization annually accepts up to 1600 children from all regions of country aged from 3 to 14 years with various pathologies: diseases of the respiratory system, genitourinary diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, cardio-rheumatologic diseases and hematic oncology.
The university clinic “Aksai” is the first organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan that has launched a free program of the Ministry of healthcare and social development for children with serious hearing disorders on provision of expensive surgeries on hearing restoration - cochlear implantations.
Our foundation has implemented the project «To special children - special caring» long ago and it successfully continues to work. In the frameworks of this project we help special (correctional) boarding schools. The children with various disorders of vision, hearing, speech, intellect, etc. study at these schools. The children are aged from 7 to 17 years. Eventually, we realized that it is necessary to engage with children of pre-school age for achieving a successful correction. Thus the project «Play and develop» for providing help to correctional kindergartens was born. According to this project we provide equipment, developing games, educational materials for children with special needs to the preschool institutions. Most of such equipment is not produced in Kazakhstan and public preschool institutions have limited opportunity to acquire special equipment.
The charity foundation “AYALA” has been existing since March, 2007. We provide help to medical and educational institutions around the whole republic.
