Our foundation has decided this year to make every effort possible to promote one more reason for charity in Kazakhstan, known as the Universal Children’s Day. This holiday is widely celebrated abroad, and in our country, as in all countries of Former Soviet Union this holiday is either generally obscure or known only to the employees of children's organizations. 

Today, we have organised a celebration for pupils of first-class of the boarding school №17 for children from low-income and single-parent families. This celebration was held in shopping and entertainment complex «Globus». For children it was a real entertainment to visit the cinema and watch world's popular cartoon "Puss in boots”. After the cinema «Al-saga» LLP arranged fast food meals thatchildren love. 

At the end of the holiday all children received gifts bought on funds which «Globus» mall collected during a charity marathon devoted to the first anniversary of this center’s existence.  The cost of cinema, dinner and gifts was covered by our foundation, it costed 59 000 KZT. Our foundation is deeply grateful to all commercial organisations, and just good people who helped us to organise this festival for children unable to spend their spare time like this for various reasons.
