For several years our foundation is implementing the "For special children - special attention" project. This project aims to help special (correctional) boarding schools, in which live and study children with impaired vision, hearing, speech, as well as with intellectual disabilities. We help schools to purchase special equipment, tools, and materials for workshops, to equip rooms for social and domestic orientation, etc.

Since 2012, one of the beneficiaries of the foundation on the "For special children - special attention" project became a boarding school for children with intellectual disabilities, located in the Astana city. 242 children are on the upbringing in this correctional school, some of them are brought up at home.

Assistance in adapting these children for independent living is one of the primary tasks of the teaching staff. "Mathematics is the basis and the queen of all sciences", - said the sages of all times, so learning even the simplest math skills is an essential component of education of children with "special" needs.

Educators and teachers of special (correctional) boarding school in Astana approached us with a request to purchase a special mathematical "Numikon" program, which will help to make teaching kids math skills more effective. "Numikon" is a part of the British national "Teach every child to count" program, aimed at teaching children with mathematics difficulties in the development of the primary school curriculum, as well as with mental retardation.

On the 3^rd of September the ceremony of transferring the mathematical "Numikon" program held. This became possible thanks to the participation of "Kamkor Management" company, which has repeatedly been involved in our projects. Transferring of the "Numikon" program to the special (correctional) boarding school was dedicated to the Day of Knowledge, widely celebrated in Kazakhstan.
