Today, the “AYALA” charity foundation passed a boarding № 17 for children from low-income families a large amount of sports equipment. Sports clubs of the boarding school received football uniforms, balls, dummy wrestling mug, and special uniform for wrestling, table tennis and all the necessary accessories for this sport. In addition, the boarding school received volleyball and basketball balls, stopwatches, volleyball net, a large number of chess, dumbbells, and other accessories for sports.

Physical culture and sports are useful not only for health, but also help to the correct formation of the brain. In cases, where the central nervous system has different irregularities, exercises promote the formation of new intercellular communications in the brain of a child. No wonder that people have a saying "In a healthy body - healthy mind", this is how the "AYALA" charity foundation called the project for the transferring of equipment for physical education and sport in the orphanages of the Kazakhstan.

In boarding school № 17 405 children now living and studying in the orphanage. Sport activities became for pupils not only the way of leisure, but also a powerful incentive to continue a sports career. Football team of the boarding school repeatedly became the winner of the district, city and national tournaments.

Members of a "Zhailau" golf club helped to raise money for this project, during a golf tournament, organized with the support of the Eurasian Bank. The total project cost was 483 000 tenge.

"We are always pleased to support the initiative of the development of children and youth sports. On the Children’s Day, the Eurasian Bank organized a competition for young cyclists. Encouraging and promoting a healthy lifestyle have become a tradition for us. I sincerely hope that the new sports equipment will help pupils of the boarding school reach new heights of sport. Who knows, maybe some of these guys in the future will be an Olympic champion and bring our country a lot of victories in the international championships", - said Seitzhan Ermekbayev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the "Eurasian Bank", JSC.

The director of the boarding school № 17 Serik Barkenovich Kaliev said: “The “AYALA” charity foundation repeatedly helped our boarding school. They have built a modern and beautiful playground, organizes various sports and cultural events for children. And today we received a very large amount of equipment and inventory for our sports sections, and just for physical education lessons. For us it is very important that children grow up healthy and today's event, made possible by the "AYALA" foundation, is very essential for us".

 "Golf, polo, tennis and other sports that are traditionally fond of wealthy people around the world, often organize various charity events and it is very pleased that this tradition has come and in Kazakhstan. Taking this opportunity I want to thank all members of the "Zhailau" golf club, who raised money for our project. I wish all of them continued success and prosperity in this beautiful and difficult sport", - said a vice-president of the "AYALA" charity foundation Zhangeldy Sarsenov.

Pupils of the boarding school prepared for the participants of the transferring of the sports equipment ceremony a music program. In addition, demonstrations of the youth section of the wrestling and a blitz-match of mini-football held on.  Pupils were playing in the new uniform with new balls, which the school has received that day.
