Today, we with the "Air Astana" airline opened a new playground in the Almaty regional special boarding school for the deaf and hearing-impaired children. This school was built in Taldykorgan 25 years ago, and a children's playground was a desired gift to this date. A bright and modern playground, which includes swings, a carousel, a large gaming complex, and other small architectural forms designed for gaming, pleased not only children, but also the teaching staff of the orphanage. Now walks on a fresh air will be much more attractive to pupils. The total value of the playground was 1,300,640 tenge.
After playground opening a tour of workshops, training classes and boarding hostel were organized for guests of the holiday. Guests particularly were struck by the artist's studio, where were the works of children - painting, drawing, sculpture. We were shown the work of the children who won prizes at national exhibitions. The most talented graduates of the boarding school became students of creative universities.
Girls and boys have prepared a colorful show. Songs in sign language, folk dances, and modern pop numbers did not leave anyone indifferent. Bright costumes for dance numbers were sewn by the pupils of the boarding school in a sewing workshop. In the manufacturing and artistic workshops pupils of the boarding school are getting professional qualifications and graduated as certificated seamstresses, carpenters, cutter, graphic artists, hair stylists, as well as receive other workings specialties.
When we open children’s playgrounds, transfer equipment and supplies in a special boarding schools, we are always impressed by the teachers’ dedication to their specialty. We see that these are people with a particular mindset. Teachers and educators know about their pupils almost everything, distressed for them and are gratified by success of the children.
We want to believe that the "Yard of my childhood" project, within which the playground was opened in the boarding school of Taldykorgan, will get support and we will build many other such playgrounds in other cities of our country.
