This week, our foundation has established several Christmas trees in Astana and Almaty cities. Recall the essence of the "Letter to Santa Claus" project. Pupils of primary school from children's social educational institutions write letters to the beloved Christmas wizard. In these letters children write what they would like to get from Santa Claus. Christmas trees are decorated with these letters and anyone can read the letter of a child and comply with his request, thus becoming a kind of Santa Claus. In order not to distract people from their daily activities, it is possible just put in an envelope the amount that we point at the "postage stamp" and we ourselves will buy gifts at the end of the project. You can purchase a gift by yourself and bring it to the foundation. And another form of participation in the project - donate any amount in a transparent box that during the "Letter to Santa Claus" project serves as a mailbox for children's letters.
In Astana, 50 children from the orphanage for children with intellectual disabilities have written letters. In Almaty, 120 pupils of the first grades of boarding schools №10 and 17 for children from poor families have written letters to Santa Claus. Pupils of 1 and 2 grades of special (correctional) boarding school №7 for children with intellectual disabilities have also become authors of messages to the kindly wizard. We provide everyone who will leave us contact information and are able to participate in the children's matinee the opportunity to personally give their gift to a child.
This year Christmas trees are installed in Astana in the "Keruen" SEC and Capital Education Language School. In Almaty at the central office of the Halyk Bank, at the Mon Amie store (75 Gogol str., Furmanov corner) and in Saks Fifth Avenue (Esentai mall, 1st floor). We invite everyone to take part in the "Letter to Santa Claus" project and make even more joyful the Christmas holiday.
