The «AYALA» Charity Foundation in a partnership with Air Astana airline company initiated intellectual tournaments on aviation at boarding schools Daryn in Aktau and Atyrau cities. These tournaments aimed at increasing erudition of the students, so the questions were selected not only in the field of passenger air travel but also they were about erudition in general.

Four teams of five people were solving interesting educational and entertaining tasks on the history of civil aviation. Air Astana, who sponsored this intellectual tournament, is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year and gives much attention to vocational guidance of high school students, because they are potential highly qualified employees.

Two rounds for experts were complemented with "chocolate quick games" for the audience, where each correct answer was encouraged by a delicious chocolate bar. At the end of the tournaments the winning teams were decided on and were presented with stylish backpacks, useful travel kits and portable chargers from Air Astana. The other participants did not leave empty-handed too, each child was presented with a modern colorful encyclopedia.

The tradition of holding Air Astana intellectual tournaments will be continued. In the near future the «AYALA» Charity Foundation and Air Astana are planning an intellectual tournament in Uralsk city.
