The final of the competition for the best vine among senior pupils of boarding schools and orphanages was held in Almaty. 5 teams from three boarding schools and a regional orphanage provided the competitive work for the jury. The project is implemented by the charity fond AYALA with the support of the organizers of the Central Asian Short Film Competition 48Hours Film Race.
The aim of the project is to help adolescents from socially vulnerable segments of society in revealing the talents of future viners, actors, directors and screenwriters.
The final 6 works for the contest were created by adolescents who were trained at 4 master classes. The general sponsor of the Viner’s contest was SAMSUNG, which provided smartphones for the winning team.

The Viner’s Competition is one of the projects, that AYALA implements as part of the large-scale Career Guidance program. Its goal is to help children from orphanages and boarding schools choose a profession in acquiring useful skills for life and for financial independence in the future.
The contest organizer believes that the results of the project opened a good future for its participants. “For the first time, we decided to give adolescents the opportunity to try to find themselves in a very creative and incredibly attractive area for them - in creating entertaining video content. The results of the competition showed that many guys have great potential, which can be developed further. One of the participants in our competition decided to go to the television presenters, there are those who want to continue to develop in the direction of video blogging. Therefore, we believe that the goal of the project - to inspire and reveal talents - has been achieved”, said Natalya Yeskova, Vice President on Communications, charity fond AYALA.
