Today the employees of the foundation "AYALA" solemnly handed over the new sports equipment to pupils of special boarding school for children with visual impairments in the city of Issyk. Let us recall that the financial funds for the equipment were collected within the frameworks of the project "A sound mind in a sound body". One of the fund-raising boxes has been set in the Park of the First President on the City Day. Within the scope of the annual festival «Apple Fest» everyone could donate any amount of money and an apple for this. JSC "Kokshetauminvody” and advertising agency «Fine Desing» kindly suggested to conduct a charity event. Thanks to Almaty citizens and city guests 140 425 tenge have been collected this day. 10 balls for soccer, 10 balls for volleyball, 10 large balls with a handle, 10 hoops, 10 gymnastic sticks, 5 dumbbells, 15 skipping ropes, 3 sets of games "togyz kumalak", 2 sets of badminton and 2 children's bowls were bought with the collected money. The pupils prepared thoroughly for the awarding ceremony. They showed their best talents - singing, dancing and even playing on the dombyra. It should be noted that at present day 162 children from the whole country study at the boarding school. They have different diagnoses, some of them are totally blind. According to the words of deputy principal on educational part Elmira Sarybaeva, the visit of any guest brings great happiness to the children. A sports equipment is simply needed because the physical education helps to form correctly the brain cord.
