Today, a solemn ceremony of certificate awarding for equipment for schools, for Central Regional Hospital (CRH) and wards of employment department and social protection of Ereymentausk district of Akmola region held.

"Chevron" Corporation is one of the leading integrated energy companies in the world and the largest private oil and Gas Company in Kazakhstan. Expanding the sphere of its activities and supporting the initiatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan Government of the renewable energy sources development, "Chevron" is currently working on the project of building a wind farm "Samal" in Ereymentau area.

The "Chevron" company from the early days of working in the Republic of Kazakhstan supports educational, health and social institutions of the republic. The company holds an annual humanitarian action, which permitted to update inventory, to purchase necessary medical and diagnostic equipment, computers, dishes, furniture, to equip playgrounds of many institutions of Almaty, Astana and Atyrau cities. These initiatives are implemented in partnership with local and central government authorities, communities, non-governmental and international organizations.

For several years, the "Chevron" company has been successfully cooperating with our charity foundation. As part of a social project in the Ereymentausk district jointly with the "AYALA" the "Chevron" company purchased 30 interactive boards with a projector and a computer for thirty schools in the district.

For the CRH modern medical equipment: operating table, 2 shadowless operating lamps, ECG, complete with a computer and printer, and high-frequency electrosurgical apparatus were bought.

To the Department of Social Welfare transferred 15 wheelchairs and 15 anti-bedsore mattresses for people with disabilities living in the district.

The solemn ceremony of certificate awarding was attended by representatives of akimat, schools and the CRH of the Ereymentausk district. The beneficiaries of the project received certificates for the equipment and expressed their gratitude to the sponsors of the project and became spectators of a colorful concert prepared by children's musical groups of the district.

Organizers of the action - the "Chevron" company and the "AYALA" charity foundation thanked the teachers, health and social workers for their noble work, expressed the hope that the purchased equipment will help institutions of the Ereymentausk district improve service quality.
