Another method of treatment has become available to children undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at the Almaty City Children's Rehabilitation Center (CCRC). Our foundation has transferred to this medical institution paraffin heating device and thermostat. This medical equipment will help staff members of the center to conduct heat therapies for children. In the rehabilitation center the treatment is received by children, aged from 3 to 14 years with a variety of central and peripheral nervous systems diseases, including children with cerebral palsy (CP). Rehabilitation courses’ duration is 2 weeks on average. Heat therapies that previously were impossible to conduct without the transferred equipment, are a powerful tool for rehabilitation, particularly for children with cerebral palsy.

Handing the paraffin heating device and thermostat has become another link in the chain of good deeds for CCRC of charity foundation "Ayala". New crockery, kitchen equipment, equipment for physiotherapy and other medical equipment have been purchased, modern sports ground and playground have been built in the rehabilitation center with the help of various sponsors and Friends’ Club of "AYALA" Foundation.

“Aztrans” Ltd has acted as the sponsor of "Healing Heat” project.  The founders of this company have provided assistance to children's rehabilitation center. This year playground and sport grounds have been built in CCRC.

970 children from all districts of Almaty have passed a rehabilitation course in CCRC since its opening in September last year.  Doctors note the high efficiency of rehabilitation in diseases of the nervous system. We are confident that with the arrival of paraffin heating device, rehabilitation will become more productive.
