They can skate and ski, play football and box. Young fans loving sports on action, not words - 15 students of the ‘Regional Center for Rehabilitation and Adaptation of Children and Adolescents’ Municipal Public Institution supported national athletes who participated in the International Skiing Competition in Shchuchinsk in Akmola region. Neither strong wind nor snow could distract their attention from the hot competition for a place in the sun. The children were interested in meeting with the athletes - the National Olympic Committee organized it with great pleasure. At what age one should engage in professional skiing, how to cope with emotions in defeats – the children were curious about the answers to these and many other questions. After the photo session with the athletes a double surprise was waiting for them – they were presented with gifts from the National Olympic Committee and the Republican Ski Base in Shchuchinsk.
