Yesterday and today, the first 3 phototherapy devices have been transferred to the pediatric departments of maternity hospitals of Kapchagai, Talgar and Kaskelen. Let us remind you that these devices are intended for the treatment of neonatal jaundice which can lead to serious violations of the central nervous system of newborns. Phototherapy devices allow treating this dangerous condition without drugs or surgery by replacing a blood transfusion. We plan to transfer to the maternity hospitals of the Almaty region 35 such devices in total. First 3 devices were purchased with the help of «GSM Kazakhstan/Kcell» company. In addition to these devices our foundation presented to hospital intensive care suitcases, medical suctions, syringe pumps and breathing bags Ambu.
