In Almaty took place - Smile Day. Day of ice cream, merry-go-rounds, new acquaintances and smiles! It’s an annual holiday for children in orphanages. Organization of this holiday by charity foundations “AYALA” and “Dara” became a tradition for last ten years. For three hours, children were having fun. This year "Fantasy World of Almaty" park was visited by more than 500 students of city orphanages №1 and №2, specialized complex "Zhanuya", regional orphanage № 1, SOS children's village of Almaty and family-type orphanage "Nur" in the city of Talgar. On this day they celebrated the end of the challenging academic year and the beginning of the long-awaited summer vacation. This year, holiday was supported by the "Fantasy World of Almaty” Park, "IceMaster-Ice Cream" company, Starbucks and chain of dining rooms "Kaganat". The budget of the event was 1 255 950 tenge.
