20 pupils of SOS Children's Village and students of the Special correctional boarding school in Astana have visited the military unit 68665 of the Airmobile Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was confined to the World Civil Defenсe Day.

The air assault brigade of the military unit 68665 which turns 15 this year, demonstrated combat training and conducted a master class on disassembling and assembling of weapons. Also young visitors of the military unit had a tour to the infrastructure of the facility, where the future defenders of the fatherland learned about the mission of the assault brigade.

The children who visited the military unit, age from 14 to 16 years old. This is the age when it is important for them to maintain a sense of responsibility, courage, the first knowledge of combat training and the human qualities in general that are necessary for a future defender of the fatherland. Within the framework of the project “Let's do good deeds” the Foundation organizes various activities for children in other cities. Today's tour can be attributed to the project, which is aimed at vocational guidance of children in the future.
