Employees of Samsung Electronics Central Eurasia donated 4.5 liters of blood.

The campaign was timed to the World Blood Donor Day, celebrated annually on June 14. This date was chosen during the World Health Assembly in May 2005 as a gratitude to gratuitous donors.

It should be noted, that one person can give 450 grams of blood and not more frequently than once in six months. There were many donors wishing to help people, who need urgent transfusion, but not all were able to donate blood. Therefore, in six months the volunteers intend to repeat the campaign.
