Planting trees and flowers, installing decorative figures and cleaning the site - the voluntary Saturday work day turned out to be busy. It was held by the employees of Chevron Company and AYALA Charity Foundation on the territory of the Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery. This center provides high-tech medical care for children from birth to 18 years old from all regions of Kazakhstan.

From 10 AM until lunchtime 30 volunteers planted 40 seedlings of roses, shrubs of magnolia, red plum and juniper. They whitewashed trees, painted fire shields, removed the remains of last year’s leaves, painted and installed 18 different animal sculptures.

Now the patients of the center while having a rest outdoors will be able to see Bambi sleeping in the bushes, marmots looking out from the rose bushes and other characters from children's cartoons. The work day budget was 3,768,163 tenge.
