Four neonatologists, who were sent by our foundation jointly with "ExxonMobil Kazakhstan" company, returned from Ukraine from advanced training in the Kharkov Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (KhMAPE). 2 doctors from Atyrau regional maternity hospital and two doctors from the East Kazakhstan region have been trained in two-week courses in this academy, which is one of the leaders of neonatology in the post-Soviet space. 

KhMAPE’s teachers noted a high level of proficiency of Kazakhstani doctors. Our physicians’ training was conducted only by professorial staff of KhMAPE. After returning home Kazakh neonatologists, were told that such courses were very helpful to our physicians. Having completed the training, all doctors received international certificates.

"AYALA" Charity Foundation along with "ExxonMobil Kazakhstan" company always tries to provide comprehensive care to their wards. In this case, besides the training of physicians, in March a regional prenatal centers and maternity hospital received a large number of medical and diagnostic equipment for children's intensive care units from "AYALA» charity foundation. Physicians’ inner flights and flights to Moscow were provided on gratitious basis by the national airline - "Air Astana" company. General sponsor of equipment purchasing and physicians’ training is "ExxonMobil Kazakhstan Inc." company.
