Our Foundation has transferred a digital spectrophotometer to the laboratory of Children's Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases (CCHID) in Almaty today. This device is intended for very crucial, and, more importantly, accurate analyses of different solutions and secretions of patients. Accurate diagnosis of the disease is one of the most important requirements for effective treatment.

Previously, this diagnostic device was installed only in the Intensive Care unit, creating a huge inconvenience for patients and medical staff. The doctors weren’t able to cope with the flow of analysis from around the hospital. With the delivery a spectrophotometer in the laboratory-diagnostic department of CCHID analyses flows have been divided. About 240 analyses were conducted by this device on installation day. Head physician of the hospital and heads of departments warmly thanked us for all the help we gave to the hospital.  It is particularly pleasant to hear  from Sergei Nikolayevich Hohulya, a head of resuscitation  unit, that with the help of equipment transferred by "AYALA" foundation to CCHID, children mortality rate has decreased by 4 times.
