A happy event has taken place today in the Center of perinatology and children’s cardio surgery of Almaty city. The charity foundation “AYALA” granted to the children’s intensive care unit 8 phototherapy machines, 10 syringe dispensers, 5 medical suction devices. The total cost of presented medical equipment amounted to 13 950 000 tenge. The sponsor was a private individual. The equipment delivery was conducted within the frameworks of the foundation’s project “Breathe life” which is aimed at providing help to the children’s intensive care units of hospitals in Kazakhstan. Thanks to the facilities presented within the frames of this project hundreds of children’s lives were rescued.

The center of perinatology and children’s cardio surgery is a multifaceted medical institution which provides help to pregnant, maternity patients, infants and children with congenital heart disease. Previously on the Center’s basis the charity foundation “AYALA” assisted with organization of the week of seminars and training courses of Lithuanian specialists for Almaty doctors.
