Charity foundation "AYALA" transferred medical equipment to the doctors of the maternity hospital in Zharkent. Zharkent is a small city where maternity hospital is optimized for 80 beds and intensive care unit for care of premature infants is optimized for 5 beds. Medical personnel here go out of their ways to make care after children highly qualified and effective. Syringe dispensers and phototherapy devices for the treatment of icterus of newborns, that was transferred by "AYALA" fund, are in high demand.

Money for modern medical equipment was raised by the visitors of "Mama Mia" and Ciao pizza restaurant chains. Visitors have opportunity to make donation using charity boxes installed by "AYALA" foundation. The purchase of five syringe dispensers and two phototherapy devices cost 4 750 000 KZT, and according to the doctors and nurses this is a significant aid to district health.
